Australia Under-19 have been through a struggling run of form in their last five Youth Test appearances, with three consecutive defeats in the last three games. Recently, they have been coming off a big defeat against India U19 by an innings and 58 runs, following a defeat by an innings and 120 runs against India U19. In the ongoing Youth Test series, they are trailing by 0-1 against India. So, they will aim to win this game and level the scoreline at 1-1 with Ayush Mhatre’s India U19.
On the contrary, India U19 are enjoying a decent run of form in their last five Youth Test matches. They have won three games, including two drawn games. They defeated Australia U19 by a massive margin of an innings and 58 runs. They will target to beat Australia U19 in the second and last Youth Test of the ongoing series to clinch the series 2-0.
