After sealing the win against India, she decided to do the job once again. But this time it was against Bangladesh in a close game. Still, Nadine de Klerk was able to do the same and help the Proteas to grab another win. By defeating Bangladesh in the recent match, South Africa now holds 3rd spot in the standings.

1. India vs South Africa

South Africa went against the hosts of the tournament in their third clash. India was seen as the favourites to win this game at one point, but Nadine de Klerk decided to take it away from them. South Africa got the advantage of winning the toss and the team decided to field first.

With the ball, the team had performed well till the middle overs. Richa Ghosh played a fine knock of 94 runs, which helped India to finish at a total of 251 runs. Nadine de Klerk also took the wicket of Richa Ghosh and Shree Charani to wind up India's innings.

Their bowlers were able to decimate the South African batters with readiness, putting them at the score of 81/5. Laura Wolvaardt and Chloe Tyron again had a wavering partnership, but Wolvaardt lost her wicket in the 36th over. That's when Nadine de Klerk stepped into the game.

She went on to score 84 runs from just 54 balls with 8 fours and 5 sixes. South Africa needed 12 runs in 12 balls, with pressure on both teams. But Nadine de Klerk decided to finish the game in the 49th over itself. It should be noted that she smashed two sixes in five balls to Amanjot Kaur and finished the game for her team.

With the heroic performances of Nadine de Klerk, South Africa went to the match against Bangladesh. The previous win had boosted the confidence levels of the players for this game. Bangladesh Women won the toss in this game and they decided to bat first.
