Abhishek Sharmas Stellar Form Rewarded With ICC Player of the Month Award

Abhishek Sharma has been making waves in international cricket. With his dominant performances in the Asia Cup 2025, he was nominated for the ICC Player of the Month award. And today, he ended up receiving his first ICC award for his performances.

Although he was at the top in the previous week too, the new rankings put him at the top of the ICC all-time rankings. With the rating points of 931, he has not just been the highest rated Indian player, but also the highest rated player across the history of world cricket.

Now the Indian team will be having a five-match T20I series against Australia, which will be an away series. It will also be for the first time that Abhishek Sharma will be going against Australia in a T20 match.
