Ben Curran has now set a new record among his own brothers. In the Test match against Afghanistan, he achieved something which even his brothers have not been able to do. Curran smashed his maiden Test century in this match.

Ben Curran has now set a new record among his own brothers. In the Test match against Afghanistan, he achieved something which even his brothers have not been able to do. Curran smashed his maiden Test century in this match.

The Test match between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe will be one to never forget for Ben Curran. Surely he was the last among the Curran Brothers to make his Test debut. But he has achieved a feat which neither Sam Curran nor Tom Curran  to achieve till now.

Ben Curran ended up scoring 121 runs off 256 balls in the Test match, putting up his maiden Test century. His innings put Zimbabwe at the top of Afghanistan in the first innings, with the team posting a total of 359 runs. It should be noted that neither Sam Curran nor Tom Curran has been able to notch up a ton in the Test format.

2. Sam Curran

Sam Curran is known to be the most popular among the Curran Brothers. He has been a part of the English line-up for a long time, being a proper all-rounder for the team. He also topped the ICC rankings for an all-rounder, which declares him among the greatest all-rounders ever produced by England.

He made his debut for England in 2018 and started dominating the other teams with his all-round skills. His ability to score runs in the middle order, along with the ability to take wickets for the team, has helped England to a great extent. Although he may not be a part of the team across all formats right now, Sam is still focused on contributing at his very best.

In the final clash against Pakistan, Sam Curran was able to take 3 wickets and conceded 12 runs in his spell. This helped England to win the final clash, as Sam Curran received the POTM award. Even in the T20 World Cup, Sam has played 11 games and taken 16 wickets at an average of 16.43, proving to be vital for England.

3. Tom Curran

Tom Curran is the oldest among the Curran Brothers who have played for their international team. He even made his debut first among them all, playing for England for the first time in 2017. This was even a year before Sam Curran got a chance to play for England across any format of the game.

Tom Curran came out promising for the team with the ball. But it has been a long time since fans saw Tom play for England across any format of the game. His last international game for England was back in 2021, and it has been four years since he has played for the team.
